ZF Debrecen

ZF’s Debrecen plant is one of the major investments contributing to the city’s automotive development. At the new production unit of the German-backed automotive supplier, series production of chassis systems has started, primarily to serve BMW’s Debrecen plant. The 16,000-square-metre development includes a modern production hall specifically designed for this purpose, with the requirements of BREEAM Excellent certification also taken into account during its development. The investment, worth approximately HUF 10 billion, creates more than 200 new jobs in Debrecen and further strengthens the role of the city and the wider region in the European automotive industry.

We worked on the project on behalf of OTP Real Estate Investment Fund, supporting the implementation of the investment through project control tasks. Through our services, we contributed to the professional control of the project, the monitoring of construction processes, and the assurance of high technical quality.
